Farewell braai

The time eventually came for us to bid our dear friends goodbye.
The weather was great (hot), the company good and the food, well
that's always good.

Present were not only the members of our dinner club, but so many
of Hans & Edith's friends, some we were already aquainted with,
others not. It was great seeing the known faces and just as wonderful
meeting the new.

Hans & Edith, we will surely miss your presence at the dinner club
evenings. Good luck in starting another one in Holland and Spain.
Keep us updated and post photos regularly please.

Don't forget we are all saving up to have a dinner club renunion in
Spain, soon, very soon!

Sad goodbye!

It's such a sad reality that we will shortly be bidding one of the couples in our Dinner Club farewell. Hans and Edith will be departing overseas shortly to start a new adventure. Eventhough we wish them all the best, our hearts are filled with sorrow, we will surely miss them dearly.

But all's not lost quite yet.....Sunday we will be getting together for a good old fashioned SA farewell "braai". Looking forward to spending time with dear friends once again, for old times sake!
